MEP Engineer

  • Role & responsibilities
  • Responsible for detailed design and engineering of HVAC, electrical, and automation systems, including EHV/HV/LV systems, heat load calculations, fire alarm and hydrant systems, water and air balancing, along with reviewing and validating engineering designs.
  • Design and engineering of pumping systems, including head and water flow calculations, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, AHUs, FCUs, piping and ducting systems. Experienced in VRV systems, packaged and ductable split air-conditioning systems, as well as SCADA/BMS control systems.
  • PHE: Design and layout of water supply systems, sewage and drainage networks, plumbing and sanitary systems, stormwater management systems, and sewage treatment plants (STPs).
  • Fire Fighting (FF): Design and layout of sprinkler and hydrant systems, fire pumps, hose reels, and gas-based fire suppression systems. Preparation of schematic diagrams, shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and system architecture for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
  • Ensure system integration, code compliance (NFPA, IEC), and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), primarily using AutoCAD and Revit/BIM software.
  • Responsible for the calculation of Mechanical system design & Equipment sizing, GFC drawings & technical documents review as per project requirements.
  • Detailed design & Engineering of Reviewing DBR, Design Concepts & Technical Specifications. Must be thorough in understanding the concepts and client requirements.
  • Reviewing of Detailed Design Drawings, Calculations, specifications and. equipment sizing
  • Reviewing the FAT/SAT and accepting the materials for Installation.
  • Adherence to cost and time schedules with an eye on cost optimization and savings on budgeted costs and expediting work ahead of schedule.

Program Manager

  • Role & responsibilities

  • Making clear project plans that include goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
  • Creating project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. Leading project activities like design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning work.
  • Managing site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
  • Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.
  • Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment. Single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are followed strictly at the worksite. Keeping all project documents well-organized, including reports, contracts, and progress records.
  • Sharing Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports & plans to Department Head and management. Submission of documents to accounts for billing on competition of each milestone.

Planning Engineer

  • Kolkata
  • Prepares and monitors project schedules, manpower & equipment planning, progress tracking, resource allocation and reporting to management.
  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering with 5-8 yrs planning & scheduling experience (Primavera/MSP preferred).

Lead QA/QC Engineer
